We made PEWDIEPIE a new WORKOUT ROUTINE

You may have seen it, pewdiepie shared his own personal workout routine! It consists of all the classic gym exercises like the benchpress and the bend-over row. Although his workout routine was actually not that bad at all, he said in his video that he'd like to change it up a bit. So that gave us the idea to change up his workout routine and try to make it more suitable for him. Because he only has a pair of dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and a bench, we added a lot of calisthenics exercises. This also gives him a little bit more of a challenge and may even be more fun!
The workout is divided into three sections and takes in total a little bit more than an hour to complete. It looks something like this:
- Push ups 8-12 reps × 4 sets
- Decline push ups 8-10 // Wide push up hold failure × 3 supersets
- Standing DB shoulder press 8-10 reps × 4 sets
- Bench dips 12 reps × 3 sets
- Pull ups 6-10 reps × 4 sets
- DB bend over row 8-10 reps // Seated rear delt raises 12 reps × 3 supersets
- Chin ups 6-10 reps // DB bicep curls 10-12 reps × 4 supersets
- Squats 10-12 reps × 4 sets
- DB deadlifts 8-12 reps × 4 sets
- DB alternating lunges 8-10 reps // Jumping lunges 10-12 reps × 3 supersets
*Try to take 1 to 2 minutes rest between sets depending on the difficulty and intensity of the exercises. And 2 minutes between each superset.
