  • Hey, I hv seen in one of ur videos where u hv mentioned that India is at the 4th place in watching ur channel.... So here is a prob.... In India r diet lacks protein n has a lot of carbs n most of the days even in my home we go full carbs with a bit of eggs here n there..... So could u just look into what all r the available source of protein n create a diet plan for us.... It would be greatly helpful....

  • Sometimes it doesn't matter how much you plan, how good you eat, how much you try to sleep, there is no way. Sometimes life really gets way too much and something has to give. Then you just survive, try to stay afloat. Oh yeah and sometimes you just dont get the satisfaction you wanted. You do the things you're supposed to, you try to fit in the things that make you happy but the work you do just to stay afloat doesn't give you happiness and it takes away from what really makes you happy. So in the end you're just thinking, I finished all this work, almost nothing to show for it, I didn't even want to do all of this, I did it because I had to but never wanted it, since the dissatisfaction and what you're really passionate about is starting to get poisoned by have tos and and way too tired to do this's. And you finish all your big projects and all you're left with is fuck... I barely made it out of that one, I never wanna do that again. And than you have to do that again. All you have is willpower, you're running on pure willpower for years, and of course it starts eating away at you. You have more and more of those days when you just can not get out of bed. Feels like you're goued to it, reality seems just too grim and not worth it. You try to escape into youtube and other types of content. Sometimes it works, but sometimes you just sink deeper into the rabbit hole and now it is even harder to pick yourself up. You haven't eaten right in 3 days or so, and I dont mean clean, I mean eating even more than once a day, or eating at all. So you have no energy, have to make some food, and running on pure willpower again. Nothing seems to make you happier anymore, you try focusing on what small things you have left, try to obsess with it because that's all you have and you try to squeeze every bit of fuel out of it to keep you going, you start to question yourself, is that really all I have left, and all that makes me kinda satisfied anymore? You try and start some projects again, fully knowing that that the last times you tried, it did not feel good, it did not bring you happiness, it felt like it was all for nothing. Every. Damn. Time. You try to convince yourself that those were learning experiences but then you work so hard and get stressed so much you get sick for more than a month. Now you're losing money, cuz you cant work, personal life gets all fucked up because you're all alone in your room trying to get better trying to run on pure willpower again but its just not enough. You prolong the healing process by just not being able to get out of bed some days, or not resting enough on others because you're frustrated and scared. Very... very scared... Your afraid of running out of money and time. All you're thinking about is how can you make more money. Financial stress is not an easy one. And slowly, very slowly.. you try to go in the direction that feels right, but a lot of times, you dont know anymore, because the pressure is too much and you have to survive first of all, then comes all the other shit. So tell me. Will you be able to work out then? Will you be able to get your shit together when you're constantly sick, worried, filled with anxiety, depression and for years now you feel like you're just running on empty, scraping the bottom of a dry barrel. Sometimes it's the very slow, very, very small things are the ones that keep you going. When you feel like with every step you try to take forward you take 2 steps back, and one meal you made for yourself that makes you feel good and fuels you is the biggest victory you have in months.

  • See that’s a thing, I just can’t do homework. It’s a waste of life. Literally a waste of life. School is fine but homework is not needed. When you pass away your last thoughts are not gonna be “I should have done my homework” you will wish you lived life to the fullest with freedom. Homework is so lame we gotta go to school for 7-8 hours and still come back to do homework at home? That’s some torture stuff right there. And we get a few hours of free time. Then it’s a cycle. For YEARSSS.
