  • 5000 skips when having lots of food in your stomach is easy tho, I'm 78kg and can do this 7k in 70 minutes when having a full loaded tummy. However, doing 5k row and 5k lift and 5k run is crazy af

  • I can go max 3 hours... I tried that in which i did more that 4 km running, 100 m dashes 5-6 times, 8 different types of crunches each 55 times, 30 minute skippings challenge, ( if I mistakenly hit my feet that won't count just did as many as i could in 30min) i did like 3230. I did some agility hurdles. Stretchings, pull ups, push ups ....... Even tho i was soo tired but i was happy coz that workout was soo beneficial...

  • 23 minuten over 5k roeien is gewoon niet best. Dat moet voor iemand van jouw leeftijd met gemak onder de 19 minuten kunnen. En als je dat sporten van je serieus neemt: het wereldrecord staat onder de 15 minuten.

  • God that remind me of a really bad workout, went and did a one hundred kilometres bike ride, a bit over 2k of vertical climbing, that's not to bad but I fergot all the food and to eat extra the meals before, so ended up burning over 2000 calories without eating.
