This is a smart workout product, from HyFit, I heard about this full-body resistance home gym and had to try it out.
Is it really the perfect portable home gym for working out anywhere, easy to take with you everywhere, any country? And how crazy is the tech in this? The sensors, real-time stats of your strength, and oh not to forget, the app you get with it and all the workouts and things on there. And is it worth the price tag?

  • I'm really not interested in the specific tracking or the app. (Odd because i measure everything **everything**) but those bands look really high quality. Do you have a recommendation for comparible bands with wrist ankle attachments? Because I'm mainly into body weights and calisthenics ect. And i never realized how helpful that could be. Also unrelated, you should reveiw that crazy 1,600$ suit. Just for the memes.

  • However many likes this comment gets, is how many sit-ups/ pushups/ crunches I will do. So I will do 1/3 push-ups, 1/3 sit-ups and 1/3 crunches. I’ll be back in 1 weeks time (Saturday October 3 2020) Please whoever sees this like so I can have some motivation.
