Muscles develop differently in the body, they can grow in size with more muscle fibers or they can grow in density with stronger muscle fibers.   • Yo Browney i've been having scapula problems for some time but for me is more so impingement that's causing inflammation from daily overuse,if you ask me i think it has to do with tendon and ligament weakness that is causing the problem.Alphadestiny did a video on how overhead pressing (with good form) can rehab any shoulder issue,you can start with an empty bar an work your way up using high reps,i've been doing it at home and it really alleviates pressure off the rotator cuff.Hope it helps.
