  • i remember when i stopped eating sugar. it was ok until i got to the end of the first week. i got really lethargic and felt like i was in a fog but once my body started to recognize the alternative fuel source (fat) i felt much better. i was a sugar junkie and was going through the withdrawals. i dont ever want to go through that again. it was horrible. sugar is very bad for anyone. try to give it up for 2 weeks and you will see. after 2 weeks you wont feel bad anymore but you will feel more energized and healthier to be sure. thanks for the upload Browney :)

  • Way to go!!! That is absolutely amazing keep up the amazing work! You got this girl and you have an amazing support system from your brother! My husband and I are on a massive journey I am Canadian so we do everything in pounds, my first weigh in was 249lb and 5 months in I’m at 216lbs that was with a little break threw the holidays and we are back at er! My husband is crushing it and 11 weeks out from his first body building show and my two year goal is to do a women’s figure show! (I’ve also had three kids via c sections so it’s a lot harder for me all kids close together my muscles are weak lol!) Set the goals and crush them as they come!! Can’t wait for the 60 day weigh in!

  • This is so motivational! Last year I lost ~20kg which I am so proud of, but I'm trying to pick it back up again to lose the next ~20-22kg for me to make my overall goal weight.   • I wish there will be something for the people like me - with underweight and feeling like a skeleton, but suprising people with more strenght than they thought I could have. I would like to look more muscular but i have no idea what to do, because every time I gain weight I lose it no matter what I eat and how much I eat and what exercise I do - pilates, exercises with dumbells (I do not run much because it is only way how I lose weight, I prefer cycling). Maybe it is because of the stress from the college and studying but I hate it. Now I have to start trying it again because I was sick... Girl you are not alone in it and it does not matter that we stand at the opposite sides, it is challenge for all of us. Keep going wish you only good feelings and do not forget you are beautiful. 🙂

  • I think its really relatable that she is hating her workouts, because it is the exact same workout every time. Also for a beginner training 6-7 times a week is not recommended at all, rather starting low and then going up every week or every two weeks. Maybe you can motivate her by doing workouts that are not as boring. She could do dancing, climbing or swimming. Whatever, the main thing is moving! And if that is not manageable then create different workout plans, every day a different muscle group so they have time to recover and it doesn't get as boring. You also really don't have to do cardio that much, building up muscles is more helpful for losing weight than doing cardio everyday. Its really a good combination of both. And also it is not weird that there was a break in losing weight, first women loose weight diffrently and second as you were able to see in the measurements the progress is huge! A healthy weightloss is between 0.5 to 1kg a week. She gained a lot of muscle of course her weight loss is not as significant in scale numbers after two week. I would depend more on the measuring method and only weigh once a month,

Quick sidenote as someone who is also on the path of health, we have LITERALLY the same measurements... you seem to be gaining muscle so that's whats keeping the scale from going down more! I would also recommend some good downtime, relaxing and destressing. For me, the stress of losing weight used to make me gain more, which then led me to stress about the gaining, and down the rabbit hole... Anyhow so glad to see you doing this, Amber you're such an inspiration! xx
