  • Its not only 100push ups, 100situps,100 squats and 10k run. When saitama is a beginner he do the above workout till his body adapts . He also mentioned weightlifting in another episode .That means he do other lifting workouts . But if it is a rest day or a weight lift day he do the routine (100,100,100,10) everyday
